Sole Payment Method: Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
We only accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT) as payment.
Applicable to mold customization, large-part manufacturing, and bulk purchasing projects.
Payment Structure
Prepayment (Deposit): Used for material procurement and production scheduling.
Balance (Balance): Paid before shipment or after confirmation of factory photos/videos.
✔ Payment milestones can be flexibly adjusted according to project requirements.
✔ All funds must be deposited into the designated corporate account.
Payment Security:
Please verify the receiving account information before making any remittance.
We will not send or change account information via private chat software.
If you encounter any suspicious information, please immediately confirm via email.
Due to the customized, non-standard, and large steel structure molds involved in the production process, including irreversible processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and trial molding, therefore:
No Returns Accepted.
Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
Order Cancellation
If cancelled before production begins, material loss costs can be negotiated.
Once welding or trial molding has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
While returns are not accepted, we provide comprehensive after-sales technical support:
Product usage support
Installation guidance
Structural adjustment suggestions
Professional solutions for problems encountered during use
Handling of quality issues (within reasonable limits)
If the received mold has significant structural differences from the confirmed drawings,
or if there is damage during transportation, we can provide the following depending on the situation:
✔ Technical remedial solutions
✔ Parts replacement
✔ Repair guidance
✔ Assistance in claiming compensation from the shipping company if necessary
Customers must provide pictures, videos, and necessary evidence.
Situations not covered by after-sales responsibility:
Damage caused by improper customer installation methods
Problems caused by exceeding design load-bearing capacity or abnormal use
Failure to perform maintenance, storage, or rust prevention treatment as required.
All custom molds require confirmation of the following before production:
Drawing dimensions
Structural requirements
Material thickness
Surface treatment process
Shipping requirements (LCL, FCL, reinforcement methods, etc.)
Customer confirmation is considered final and the process begins an irreversible workflow.
