1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to meet the needs of different countries, regions, and projects.

1. Ocean Freight
Suitable for most large-scale molds; this is the most common method for international shipping. Options include:

Less than Container Load (LCL)
 Full Container Load (FCL: 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ)
Reinforcement, bracing, and welded securing services available for large molds
Typically recommended for bulk shipments or heavy orders.

2. Railway Freight
Primarily for customers along the China-Europe route (e.g., Russia, Central Asia, and parts of Europe).
Options include:

Full Container Load (FCL) rail transport
LCL/consolidated rail transport
Faster than ocean freight; suitable for time-sensitive orders.

3. Truck/Land Freight — Applicable to select regions
Used for transshipment or cross-border transport to neighboring countries or regions (e.g., parts of Asia).

2. Processing Time

1. Existing Models or Standard Molds

Standard processing and container loading/securing time: 5–10 business days.

2. Custom Mold Orders (requiring welding, trial molding, painting, etc.)

Typically requires 15–30 business days; complex structures may take longer.
Photos or videos will be provided for confirmation upon completion. —

3. International Shipping Time

Transit times vary depending on the shipping method and destination; the following are general estimates:

1. Sea Freight (LCL – Less than Container Load)

Asia: 10–25 days
 Middle East: 20–35 days
Europe: 25–45 days
 Parts of Africa: 30–55 days
South America: 35–60 days

2. Sea Freight (FCL – Full Container Load)

Generally 3–7 days faster than LCL; estimated transit time ranges from 15–45 days.

3. Rail Transport (China-Europe Railway Express)

Central Asian countries: 10–18 days
 European countries: 18–28 days

Transit times may be delayed due to factors such as port congestion, customs clearance, or weather conditions; such delays are common in international shipping.

4. Packaging and Reinforcement

To ensure the safety of large steel molds during long-distance transport, we provide the following:

Reinforcement with steel bars and timber supports
 Welded anti-shift brackets
Protection for critical load-bearing points
 Anti-rust oil coating on surfaces
Additional protective structures for LCL shipments

Photos or videos of all reinforcement measures will be provided for customer confirmation prior to shipment.

5. Customs Clearance and Duties

Customs clearance fees, import duties, terminal charges, and similar costs in the destination country are typically borne by the consignee.
Upon request, we can assist by providing necessary documentation, such as packing lists, invoices, Certificates of Origin, HS codes, etc. —

6. Shipment Tracking

Upon shipment, the following information will be provided to enable full tracking:

Shipping line, vessel name, and voyage number
Container number
 Bill of Lading number
* Rail tracking number (if applicable)
