Shipping Methods
We support multiple shipping methods to meet the needs of different countries, regions, and projects.
Ocean Freight: Suitable for most large molds and is the most commonly used international shipping method.
Supported:
Less than Container Load (LCL)
Full Container Load (FCL, supports 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ)
Large molds can be reinforced, supported, and welded for fixation. Typically suitable for bulk shipments or orders with large weight.
Railway Freight: Primarily suitable for customers on the Central Europe route (such as Russia, Central Asia, and parts of Europe).
Supported:
Full Container Load Rail Freight
Less than Container Load Rail Freight: Faster than sea freight, suitable for orders with time constraints.
Truck/Land Transport – Applicable to Select Countries For cross-border transport via transit or neighboring countries/regions (e.g., parts of Asia).
Processing Time
Existing Models or Standard Molds
General processing and container securing time is 5–10 business days.
Typically requires 15–30 business days; complex structures may take longer.
Completion will be confirmed with photos or videos.
International Shipping Time
Logistics time varies depending on the mode of transport and destination. The following are general reference times:
Sea Freight (LCL)
Asia: 10–25 days
Middle East: 20–35 days
Europe: 25–45 days
Parts of Africa: 30–55 days
South America: 35–60 days
Sea Freight (FCL)
Generally faster than LCL, 3–7 days, with reference times ranging from 15–45 days.
Rail Transport (China-Europe Railway Express)
Central Asian Countries: 10–18 days
European Countries: 18–28 days
⚠ Important Note: Shipping time may be delayed due to port congestion, customs clearance, weather, etc., which is normal in international shipping.

To ensure the safety of large steel molds during long-distance transportation, we will provide:
Steel bar and timber reinforcement
Welded anti-displacement supports
Protection treatment for critical stress points
Surface anti-rust oil coating
Additional protective structure for loose cargo
All reinforcement methods will be photographed or video recorded for customer confirmation before shipment.
Customs & Duties
Destination country customs clearance fees, import duties, port charges, etc., are usually borne by the consignee.
If needed, we can assist in providing customs clearance documents, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, HS codes, etc. 6. Shipping Tracking

Shipping company, vessel name and voyage number
