This return policy applies to all inquiries, orders, and collaborative projects made through this website. Due to the highly customized nature of mold products, we will handle all after-sales matters in a transparent, clear, and actionable manner. Return Scope Explanation
Molds are custom-made products, typically manufactured specifically according to customer drawings, dimensions, and project requirements. Therefore, unless there are quality issues or we have not produced according to the confirmed drawings, custom-made products do not support returns without a reason.
For non-custom-made standard accessories, returns can be requested if the return conditions are met.
Return Request Time Limit
If quality issues, dimensional deviations, or inconsistencies with the confirmed drawings are found within 7 days of receiving the product, a return or remake request can be submitted.
If no request is submitted after 7 days, the product will be considered accepted without issue.
Acceptable Return Situations
Returns, rework, or remanufacturing are permitted in the following situations:
The product does not match the drawings, specifications, or parameters confirmed by both parties.
Major defects in the manufacturing process affect actual use.
Serious damage caused during transportation (complete photos or videos of the outer packaging and goods are required).
Other issues verified by both parties that are confirmed to be our responsibility.
Non-Return Situations
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
Incorrect drawings, dimensions, or technical parameters provided by the customer.
Product damage caused by improper use environment or construction operations.
Unauthorized modifications or welding by the customer.
Normal weld marks, minor scratches, and other normal manufacturing defects that do not affect use.
Return requests submitted after the stipulated time limit.
Return Process
If you meet the return conditions, please submit your request according to the following process:
1) Contact us via email and provide your order information.
2) Submit a description of the problem and relevant photos or videos.
3) We will process your request within 48… Verification and feedback completed within 24 hours
4) After confirming the product falls within the returnable range, we will inform you of the return method or remanufacturing plan.
All returns must be processed after communication and confirmation; unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Cost Explanation
If the product problem is caused by us:
We will bear the shipping and processing costs incurred for rework, remanufacturing, or return.
If the problem is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer:
The customer will bear the return shipping costs, remanufacturing costs, and other costs incurred as a result.
Remanufacturing and Reissue Time
For orders confirmed to require remanufacturing or reissue, we will begin production after confirming the plan with you and complete it within a reasonable production cycle (the specific cycle will be determined through communication based on the complexity of the mold), and will update the progress in a timely manner.
